Atelier Petrov offers free shipping on all orders above 400 CHF. We use reliable carriers to ensure your purchase arrives on time and in perfect condition. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Atelier Petrov wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. Please note that personalized and bespoke orders are not subject to return and/or exchange.
